FRAME 20 YEARS

Should the wooden frame fail structurally during the first 20 years with the original owner, due to workmanship or material, we will either repair or, at our discretion, replace the item. If a claim should arise after 3 years, it will be the responsibility of the owner to arrange return of their furniture to us.

WEBBING OR SPRINGS - 1 YEAR

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring during the first 12 months due to a proven manufacturing fault, we will replace the·interlaced webbing or spring unit.

FABRIC/LEATHER - 1 YEAR

All fabrics and leathers selected for our furniture comply fully with UK Furniture Regulations.

Should the fabric or leather become defective in the first 12 months due to a proven manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace at our discretion.

In the first instance any complaint regarding fabric or leather should be supported by digital photographs. Any defect which is found to be of a non-manufacturing nature, will be repaired on a chargeable basis.

CUSHION INTERIORS - 1 YEAR

All interiors used in our furniture comply fully with UK Furniture Regulations.

If the cushions in your furniture fail in the first year we will replace them free of charge via your retailer. After this period, replacements will be supplied on a chargeable basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE

Any issues that occur within the first six years of purchase should be addressed to your retailer and we will work closely with the retailer to resolve these.

We will not be responsible for any defect in the furniture arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by the owner or any third party, if furniture is used in a way that we do not recommend, the owner’s failure to follow care instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without prior written approval.

We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to

reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
